These Terms govern your use of the Longevity Nutrition Co. website and nutrition-program service. By using our service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
What our service is — and is not
We provide a personalized, plant-based fasting-mimicking nutrition program and educational content. We are not a clinic and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our program is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician before starting any fasting protocol or significant change to your diet — particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, take prescription medication, or have a history of an eating disorder. You remain responsible for your own health decisions, and you agree to follow the safety stop-rules included in the program.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Our intake questionnaire includes a safety screening, and some people will be advised that a fasting-style program is not appropriate for them. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have read any clearance guidance we show you.
Accounts
An account is created after your first successful payment. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Your $4.99 covers a 7-day trial. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at $24.99 every 4 weeks, or $149/year if you choose the annual plan, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Prices are in USD.
- You can cancel anytime from your account — no calls, no forms. Cancel before your trial or renewal date to avoid the next charge; access continues through the period you have paid for.
- For annual plans, we send a renewal reminder in advance of each yearly charge.
- We may change prices or plans; we will give notice and any change applies to future billing periods.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial charge. To request a refund, reply to any of our emails or contact [support@yourbrand.com — pending domain].
Acceptable use & content
Your plan and our content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or misuse them. All content and materials are owned by us or our licensors; we grant you a limited personal license to use them while your subscription is active.

The service is provided “as is.” These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Nutrition Co. Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
