A research-informed approach to fasting-mimicking nutrition.

We translate the science of the Fasting-Mimicking Diet into structured, plant-based meal programs built around the individual. Calm, methodical, and grounded in published nutrition research.

About us

A nutrition-program company — not a clinic.

Longevity Nutrition Co. designs structured eating plans inspired by a growing body of research on fasting-mimicking nutrition — an approach in which a person eats specific, calorie-measured plant-based meals over a short window while the body responds in ways associated with a fasting state.

We are not a clinic and we do not provide medical care. What we provide is a personalized nutrition program: a clear day-by-day eating structure, calibrated to a person's stated goals, food preferences, and self-reported safety profile. Our work sits at the intersection of nutrition science, careful program design, and honest communication about what a plan can and cannot do.

Safety first

Fasting-style eating is not appropriate for everyone. Our programs include explicit screening steps and stop-rules, and we routinely direct people to their own physician before starting.

Honest framing

We describe how our programs are structured and what people commonly report — not promises of medical outcomes.

The science

Built on published fasting-mimicking research.

The Fasting-Mimicking Diet (FMD) is a dietary approach studied extensively by Dr. Valter Longo and colleagues at the University of Southern California (USC) Longevity Institute. The central idea is simple: rather than abstaining from food entirely, a person eats a specific, low-calorie, plant-based menu — relatively low in sugars and protein and higher in unsaturated fats — for a small number of consecutive days.

The published research on fasting-mimicking nutrition has been explored in the context of normal metabolic processes and how the body uses fuel. We follow this literature closely and design our programs to reflect its general structure: a measured step-down in calories, a multi-day plant-based core, and — a point we treat as central — a deliberate, guided re-introduction of food afterward, because how a person comes out of a fasting window is part of the practice, not an afterthought.

We want to be precise about what this is. Our programs are an independent interpretation of publicly available FMD research, translated into everyday meals a person can prepare. They are nutrition programs, not treatments.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Find the plan that fits you

See how a fasting-mimicking program could be structured around you.

Work through our short intake questionnaire — your goals, food preferences, and safety profile. It takes a couple of minutes, includes a safety screening, and ends with a personalized plan summary. There's no obligation, and it will tell you honestly if a fasting-style program isn't a good fit for you right now.
